Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing art, which was taught and practised in Buddhist Monasteries as a form of alternative medicine. Our Thai Therapist uses her hands, knees and elbows to apply pressure to important points along energy lines, in combination with gentle stretching and manipulation. This releases blocked energy and frees the body’s own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony. The massage relaxes, relieves muscle pains and aches, increase the flow of blood circulation and activates the lymphatic drainage system. This massage takes place on a thin mattress on the floor. The guest must wear loose fitting clothing.
