From the moment of our arrival the level of service we received was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous and made our stay so comfortable. The level of hygiene throughout was very high and rooms were spacious and clean throughout. Definitely worth a visit.

The Castlecourt hotel is an exceptional and luxury hotel from the staff at reception for the personal way they look after you on arrival the rooms are second to none with an excellent view out on to the court yard an main street the room’s are of an excellent and high standard with telephone an tv plus tea and coffee available the food in the restaurant is of high standard 5 star rating thank you chef, the staff on the floor are very kind and helpful in any way they can and as of the bar staff have to say they give 100% loyalty to the customer in every way they can the bar and lounge is of very high standard and there is amass of sitting area in this hotel.Then to the swimming pool and leisure suite have to say it’s the best you will get well done staff, roll on 2010 for our next visit 100% to you and your staff I highly recommend this hotel to any visitor from any country in the world-cheers!

"“Service, warmth and welcome”"

We were a group of 12 varying in age from 25 to 60+!, from the moment I booked with Louise nothing was too much for her. She knew our requirements and everything was followed up. She even organised a cake -free- for our celebration, the hotel was extremely busy that particular w/end-big concert, wedding, etc but that did not affect the service in anyway. We enjoyed the meal thoroughly and the restaurant were very accommodating in letting us come to dinner half hour late as one of our party hadn’t arrived. There was a slight problem with the water pressure in some of the bathrooms on our floor but once notified it was attended to. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and warm. Overall we all thought it was very good value. This is a vibrant welcoming hotel with something for everyone.
