Overall Employee of the Year 2008 – Elizabeth Conway

Elizabeth Conway started working in the Castlecourt Hotel in our Accommodation Department at the tender age of 16. Over the years Elizabeth worked in the Bar and Reception being promoted to Head Receptionist in 1999. Elizabeth has worked as a Duty Manager in the Hotel for the past 2 years and is admired for her energy, commitment to excellent customer customer care and her infectious good humour.

Front of House Employee of the Year 2008 – Tom O Boyle

Tom O Boyle works in the Castlecourt Hotel in the position of Bar Supervisor. Tom has gained the respect of both his colleagues and Management as he worked his way up through the ranks of the Bar. Undoubtedly a hard worker, Tom manages to combine diligence and efficienly with courtesy anbd a big smile!

Back of House Employee of the year 2008 – Pat Smyth

Pat Smyth has been working in the capacity of Purchasing Manger for both the Castlecourt Hotel and the Westport Plaza Hotel for the past 8 years. Pat is one of the main forces behind our commitment to the environment and was instrumental in the Hotel achieveing the Green Hospitality Award, Silver Category. A very popular winner of the Back of House Employee of the Year 2008.

Customer Service Award 2008 – Felicity Bracken

Felicity started working in the Castlecourt Hotel in the role of Waitress and very soon was promoted to Supervisor.
