Time to Spa

Etiquette

Please respect other guests attending the spa by speaking softly at all times. All mobile phones and electronic devices must turned off.

Peace & Tranquility

Children under the age of 18 years are not allowed into the spa at any time.

Spa Wear

Residents and guests availing of spa treatments will be provided with bathrobes and slippers. It is advisable to bring a small gym bag and swim wear. Gentlemen must wear shorts for hydrotherapy, thermal and massage treatments.

Payment

Credit cards are required to secure appointments. All prices are quoted in Euros.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside and on the grounds of the spa.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewellery be worn in the spa. Please place all valuables in the locker that will be supplied to you during your stay in the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for valuables.

Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation is required for all cancellations, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Pregnant

We have a custom made treatment available for those waiting on a special delivery.

For the first 14 weeks of pregnancy the treatments available are manicures, pedicures, tanning, waxing, tinting and Amba Sundari Facial, which are specially designed for mothers-inwaiting.

This also applies in the first 12 weeks after giving birth and if you are breastfeeding.

Health Conditions

You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire which is confidential and for your safety. Please advise your therapist of any relevant medical history; illnesses, allergies or medication prior to any treatment. Regretfully we are unable to treat anyone who is undergoing treatment for cancer and are unable to do so for up to 2 years after.

Please advise if you are pregnant, suffer from high/low blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions or diabetes.

Reservations

To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you receive your preferred time and choice of treatment. If you have a preference for either a male or female therapist, please mention this when making your appointment.

All bookings must be reserved by credit card, a gift voucher only confirms payment, it will not confirm a booking.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change and relax. If you are availing of the thermal suites please arrive 1 hour prior to your itinerary. If you are late for your appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment time, so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are available from all reception desks within the resort. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Group Reservations

Groups should contact the spa manager to co-ordinate the optimum schedule of treatments.

Discounts

There is a 10% discount on treatments only for C Club members. 10% discount on all treatments for OAP on production of a valid ID, discounts not valid in connection with any other offer.
