Enjoyable stay at an excellent hotel – June 2026

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in the centre of Westport with all the shops and bars within easy walking distance. There was ample free parking within the hotel grounds. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped. The hotel staff were friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant on one night, the food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Westport.

A really nice weekend visit – June 2026

A lovely hotel located within 5 minute walk of town centre. Room and bathroom were excellent, very comfortable, nicely decorated, both with high end finishes. Breakfast served in the restaurant, food and service to a very high standard. Mainly young local staff friendly and obliviously trained to a high standard by friendly helpful restaurant management. Restaurant itself was really nicely decorated and furnished. Comfortable tables and chair, even the lighting was perfect. Staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay, we would highly recommend the Castlecourt hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in Castlecourt - excellent location, delightful atmosphere with very friendly staff. Lovely spacious room with full cleaning service available on second day. Excellent customer service form we arrived to when we left.

Fabulous Castlecourt Hotel in the heart of Westport – May 2026

Castlecourt hotel is very conveniently located. free parking. Great atmosphere, delicious food, fast service even though staff were very busy. Room was very comfortable. Quiet at night-meaning we got a very restful sleep. Breakfast was very good too. Staff were friendly & helpful. Good music & dancing in bar at night which was very enjoyable.

Castle Court was absolutely fantastic in every way — excellent leisure facilities, great gym and spa, perfect location, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. The reception team, management, and breakfast waiters were phenomenal and excited to greet us at every interaction. Professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in making me feel special. I have made friends here and have already booked my next visit, and I can’t wait to return. This hotel truly deserves every award and accolade it has received. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Great hotel – excellent staff – April 2026

What a lovely hotel. We stayed at the Castlecourt for 3 nights last week. From check in at reception with the friendly welcoming and professional Sarah on reception, to checkout, the experience and service was faultless. We loved the decor (following refurbishment) and had great room and facilities and lovely food. However, what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional - definitely the hotel’s greatest asset. Highly recommend.
